Sarah is a Health At Every Size ® exercise physiologist, health coach, and thought leader passionate about helping women recover from disordered eating, heal their relationships with physical activity, and successfully address hormonal challenges (such as PCOS and hypothalamic amenorrhea).
Through her own journey with an eating disorder, Sarah discovered Intuitive Eating, which gave her the body freedom she had been searching for through endless other approaches.
Compelled to share her transformations with the world, Sarah has invested countless hours learning and growing to become the best supporter of others she can be, including becoming an Accredited Exercise Physiologist & Personal Trainer, Qualified Pilates Mat & Reformer Instructor, and Certified Intuitive Eating Counsellor.
Sarah has over 10 years experience helping people just like our 'TSC' members enjoy positive relationships with physical activity, discover food freedom, and fall back in love with their bodies!
