As well as receiving close contact support from Glenn in the live webinars, Transformation Support Community Members are supported by our expert Transformation Support Coaches, who are also fully registered psychologists and dietitians.

She is passionate about womens’ nutrition and also greatly enjoys supporting people at all stages of their bariatric surgery journeys.

She believes in a sustainable approach to nutrition and wants to empower others to improve their health and nourish their bodies so they can live their best lives! Courtney provides nutrition support for our Transformation Support Community members and in her clinical practice at our brother company, Weight Management Psychology.
Mindset & Movement Transformation Support Coach – Gracyn Bower
Gracyn is our mindset and movement Transformation Support Coach! She supports Glenn and the members in the live webinars, and can be found sharing insightful psychological wisdom, compassionate physical activity support, and an overuse of emojis in our Facebook group that nurtures without judging.
Gracyn has had plenty of experience with our approach, from being one of our original size-inclusive personal trainers, to supporting the members of our Twelve Month Transformation program, which formed the basis of the online programs that are now part of the TSC!
Gracyn is also an aspiring psychologist, completing the final months of her Masters in Sport and Exercise Psychology (the same degree that Glenn did!). Studying psychology alongside her personal training has allowed Gracyn to gain valuable knowledge into how the human mind interplays with physical activity, eating, weight, and body image challenges.
Working with our TSC members, Gracyn continues to fulfill her dream of helping others to transform – to grow stronger, healthier, and happier – and to achieve goals that they (and maybe others) once thought were not possible.
